On Sunday, Feb 10 at 2:26 p.m.
at Ray Road & Rural I witnessed the bus driver of the
72 northbound bus which was bus number 6704 refuse to
let a homeless guy on the bus.
The bus driver was an oriental guy or perhaps a Mexican guy and he would not let the homeless guy on the bus because he had some bags. They were bags of cans the guy was probably collecting to get the money for scrap metal It's that homeless guy with the Ph.D in chemistry who I have seen before. I should type of the lawsuit and give it to him so he can sue Tempe and Chandler for civil rights violations. I suspect there are also Federal bus laws that he can sue them on. Also complain to Valley Metro for not letting the gun on the bus and offer to be a witness. Ask for copies of the bus video tapes also sue Valley Metro because t he day before the bus did not pick up up. |
