Enemies of Arizona Medical Marijuana

Our government rulers routinely tell us they are "public servants" and that that serve us.

But most of the time that is just a big lie they used get elected or reelected.

In reality most of them consider themselves royal rulers who have a God given right to micro-manage our lives and steal our money.

Here are some of the politicians in Arizona who are behaving that way on the medical marijuana issue, which is Prop 203 or Proposition 203.

Arizona Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema

Enemies of Arizona medical marijuana and Proposition 203 - Arizona Congresswoman Kyrsten Sinema introduced a bill to put a 300 percent tax on medical marijuana If you have ever met Kyrsten Sinema she is the nicest, sweetest woman you could find. Kyrsten Sinema can charm the birds out of trees.

But when it comes to medical marijuana Kyrsten Sinema is a tyrant and an enemy of medical marijuana.

Kyrsten Sinema is currently a US Congresswoman representing Arizona in Washington D.C., but back when Kyrsten Sinema was a member of the Arizona Legislator she introduced a bill that would have slapped a 300 percent tax on medical marijuana in Arizona.

That would have caused an ounce of low end marijuana selling on the street to jump in price from $50 to an outrageous $200 an ounce, with $150 of that going to Kyrsten Sinema and her buddies in the Arizona legislator.

While Kyrsten Sinema is a bubbly nice person who can charm the birds out of the trees she seems like a tyrant who hates medical marijuana patients and wants to tax then into bankruptcy.

Rep. John Kavanagh

Enemies of Arizona medical marijuana and Proposition 203 - Rep. John Kavanagh of Fountain Hills - An enemy of medical marijuana The people in Arizona have voted not once, but THREE times to legalize medical marijuana.

The first time the tyrants in the Arizona legislator repealed the referendum that the people passed in Arizona legalizing medical marijuana.

That act of tyranny caused the people of Arizona to pass an initiative making it almost impossible for the tyrants in the Arizona legislator to repeal initiatives passe by the people of Arizona.

The second time medical marijuana was legalized in Arizona, the tyrants in the DEA said they would revoke the license to prescribe drugs of any doctor that wrote a prescription for medical marijuana or any other illegal drug, effectively gutting Arizona's second medical marijuana law, which really was a medical marijuana, heroin, cocaine, LSD, methamphetamine, or any medical drug you want law.

The third time the people of Arizona passed Prop 203 which is the current Arizona medical marijuana law which is now in effect.

Along comes government tyrant Arizona Rep. John Kavanagh who says the people of Arizona were too stupid to know what they were voting for when they legalized medical marijuana, not once, but three times.

Arizona tyrant Rep. John Kavanagh R-Fountain Hills filed a bill that would refer the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act back to the ballot in November 2014 in an attempt to get the people to repeal Prop 203.

Senator Sen. Kimberly Yee

Enemies of Arizona medical marijuana and Proposition 203 - Senator Kimberly Yee Arizona Senator Kimberly Yee is another government tyrant who would love to repeal Arizona's medical marijuana law or Prop 203.

But of course she can't because of a voter initiative the voters passed after the tyrants in the Arizona legislator repealed the first medical marijuana law passed by the voters.

So it looks like Senator Kimberly Yee has come up with another way to keep Arizona medical marijuana patients from getting their life saving medicine.

Senator Kimberly Yee introduced a bill that if it becomes law would allow the police to keep and destroy any marijuana they illegally steal from medical marijuana patients.

The police in Arizona have been doing everything in their power to cause hardships for medical marijuana patients in Arizona and one of those things has been stealing patients marijuana and refusing to return it.

A recent court decision put a stop to that and ordered the Yuma police to return the marijuana they stole from a California medical marijuana patient.

Apparently that is why Senator Kimberly Yee introduced her bill that would allow the police to keep and destroy any marijuana they illegally steal from medical marijuana patients.

Senator Kimberly Yee is a tyrant who doesn't deserve to represent the people of Arizona.

Arizona Department of Health Services Will Humble

Enemies of Arizona medical marijuana and Proposition 203 - Arizona Department of Health Services Will Humble refuses to allow any new uses for medical marijuana unless there are double blind studies done at medical research facilities, something the DEA has made impossible Will Humble is the head of the Arizona Department of Health Services, which is the department that oversees Arizona's medical marijuana law, which was passed as Proposition 203.

Sadly Will Humble has done everything he possibly could have done to throw a monkey wrench into Arizona's medical marijuana law in an attempt to keep it from being implemented.

We don't know if that is because Will Humble is an at will employee of Jan Brewer who can be fired if he doesn't take Jan Brewer's anti-marijuana stance or if Will Humble simply hates marijuana on his own and will do everything possible to prevent people from using it.

Under Prop 203 every year the state of Arizona is required to review and add new illnesses to the list of illnesses that can legally be treated by medical marijuana. Will Humble has effectively gutted this part of Prop 203 with his illogical implementation of the law which was almost certainly done to prevent any new illnesses from being added to the list of things that can be treated with medical marijuana.

At the Federal level the DEA or the Drug Enforcement Administration is a police organization charge with running the "drug war".

The DEA is not a medical, health or doctor group, and never has been.

But for some odd reason the cops at the DEA has been given the authority to classify marijuana as a Schedule I drug which has no medical us whatsoever.

That is despite the fact that the folks that run the DEA are cops, or police officers and not doctors or medical specialists.

For all practical purposes the DEA has made it illegal to do any medical research in the USA on marijuana.

Well the DEA does approve some medical research on marijuana, but usually only on cases attempting to prove marijuana is a bad, bad, bad drug which should be kept illegal.

With that in mind there is for all practical purposes no modern research on the medical uses of marijuana.

And Arizona government tyrant Will Humble has used that fact to create a Catch 22 which prevents any new uses for medical marijuana in Arizona.

Will Humble has said him and the folks at the ADHS (Arizona Department of Health Services) will only approve the use of medical marijuana for new illnesses when those uses have been tested and proven using medical research done with double blind studies.

And of course since the police that run the DEA have for all practical purposes made medical research on marijuana illegal, that means there will NEVER be any double blind studies done at medical research facilities in the USA which document any successful uses of medical marijuana.

So while Will Humble may be loyal to his marijuana hating boss, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer he is certainly letting the people of Arizona down with his myopic irrational view of medical marijuana.

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer

OK I guess her legal name isn't Jan Brewer, but Janice K Brewer. But no matter what you call her, Arizona Governor Janice K Brewer or Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is certainly and enemy of medical marijuana in Arizona.

Government tyrant Jan Brewer's biggest claim to fame is the frivolous law suit she filed in Federal Court attempting to declare Arizona's medical marijuana laws to be unconstitutional because they conflict with Federal laws.

We say so what on that.

Arizona voters knew that Prop 203 conflicted with Federal law when they voted on it.

And the few voters who didn't know it were reminded by the police unions who flooded the airwaves with numerous reasons telling voters why they should vote against Prop 203, and one of those reasons was that Prop 203 conflicted with Federal law.

But despite that Arizona Governor Jan Brewer filed a frivolous lawsuit in Federal court attempting to derail Prop 203.

Jan Brewer's lawsuit was thrown out as frivolous and Jan Brewer declined to appeal it, which probably means Jan Brewer knew the lawsuit was a frivolous with no merit all along.

Jan Brewer's frivolous lawsuit delayed the opening of the medical marijuana dispensaries allowed by Prop 203 for many months causing harm to all the medical marijuana patients who are allowed to use medical marijuana.

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne

Enemies of Arizona medical marijuana and Proposition 203 - Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne has also been a very vocal opponent of Prop 203 or Arizona's medical marijuana laws.

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne was a party in Arizona Governor Jan Brewer's frivolous lawsuit in Federal court attempting to get Arizona's medical law declared unconstitutional. Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne was the guy who filed the frivolous lawsuit for Jan Brewer.

We are wondering is Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne using his hate toward medical marijuana to cover up his own illegal activities???

We don't know, but he could be.

Enemies of Arizona medical marijuana and Proposition 203 - Carmen Chenal is having an affair with Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne??? According to rumors which have been circulated widely in Arizona's major newspapers such as the Arizona Republic, the Arizona Star and the East Valley Tribune Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne has been allegedly having an affair with Assistant Attorney General Carmen Chenal.

In fact FBI agents who were tailing Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne on unrelated corruption charges noticed that Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne was involved in a hit and run accident when he crashed into another car on his way to an alleged lunch time affair with Assistant Attorney General Carmen Chenal.

Is Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne using his rhetoric against medical marijuana as way to divert the flack from his alleged affair with Carmen Chenal???

I don't know, maybe he is, maybe he isn't.

Personnel I feel that Tom Horne is just a life time drug warrior who want to jail anybody who smokes marijuana. After all the "War on Drugs" is nothing more then a jobs program for cops and prosecutors like Attorney General Tom Horne.

Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery

Enemies of Arizona medical marijuana and Proposition 203 - Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery is just another drug war tyrant who has been busy filing frivolous lawsuits in Federal court attempting to get Proposition 203, which is Arizona's medical marijuana law repealed.

I suspect the reason Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery hates the medical marijuana law is that the "war on drugs" is pretty much a jobs program for cops and prosecutors and legalizing medical marijuana cuts into that jobs program.

My advice to Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery is to stop using the "drug war" as a jobs program for yourself and the cops.

Tell the police to stop arresting people for victimless drug war crimes and instead hunt down and prosecute real criminals who hurt people like robbers, rapists and murders.

Quit wasting your time and our tax dollars sending harmless marijuana smokers to prison.

Yavapai County Attorney Sheila Polk

Enemies of Arizona medical marijuana and Proposition 203 - Yavapai County Attorney Sheila Polk Yavapai County Attorney Sheila Polk is a very vocal fan of the insane and unconstitutional "war on drugs" who as made herself an enemy of medical marijuana by her constant attacks on Prop 203.

My advice to Yavapai County Attorney Sheila Polk is to stop wasting our tax dollars hunting down harmless pot smoker and sending them to prison.

Instead concentrate on sending real criminals that commit real crimes that hurt people like robbers, rapists and murders to prison, not harmless medical marijuana users.
